The Neighborhood Notification program enables Planning and Design Services to notify neighborhood associations and citizens of the Louisville Metro area of rezoning proposals, subdivision proposals, and Board of Zoning Adjustment cases (conditional use permits, variances, and appeals) within a given Metro Council District
Citizens are encouraged to browse the Development Proposal List that allows viewing of all current proposals. Neighborhood associations are invited to register a member of their group to receive a notification via email or postal mail of upcoming proposals within a given council district.
The proposal list enables citizens to view current development proposals in the Louisville/Jefferson County Metro area. You may choose your council district(s) of interest, and you have the option of viewing proposals in all 26 Metro Council districts. You may also choose the type of proposal in which you are interested. The types of proposals you have to choose from include:

Registration is limited to neighborhood/business associations. Representatives may register as the contact person for their organization. Registered contacts receive development proposal notices for proposals in their council district(s). Notice can be made by either email or postal mail.
